Cookie policy
This page explains the use of cookies on chocomelivaliente.com, in accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It can be used, for example, to remember that you are signed in, to keep preferences or —on other sites— to measure audience or serve advertising.
2. Which cookies this site uses
One only, and it is a technical one. The site is published in Spanish and English, and a cookie called pll_language stores the language you choose so that you are not asked again on every page. It is a first-party cookie, it lasts one year, and it cannot identify you or track you beyond this site.
Apart from that one, browsing here installs nothing else: there are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social media cookies and none from any third party.
Nor are any external resources loaded that could track you: the fonts, images and scripts are all served from the site’s own server. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Fonts, no social media buttons and no embedded maps.
3. Technical cookies for site administration
The site is built with WordPress. When someone from the studio signs in to update the website, WordPress installs cookies in their browser that are strictly necessary to keep the session open and to verify that actions are performed by the person they claim to be:

These are first-party, technical cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, and are therefore exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. They are never installed for a visitor who does not sign in.
4. The consent banner
The first time you visit you will see a notice letting you accept or reject. It is worth explaining exactly what it does, because its effect today is limited: the language cookie described in section 2 is strictly necessary to provide a service you yourself request, so it is exempt from the duty to obtain consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and is stored in any case. Whichever you choose, you will be able to browse normally and no tracking will be enabled, simply because there is none to enable.
The notice is there as a precaution and to record your decision. Should any measurement, advertising or third-party content tool be added in future, it would genuinely control it — those elements would stay blocked until you accepted them — and this policy would be updated before it was activated.
