Architecture is a regulated profession in Spain. In accordance with article 10.1.f) of the LSSI-CE:

This website is informative: it presents the studio, the services it provides and the work it has taken part in, and makes it easy to get in touch about a possible commission. No sales or contracts are concluded online.
4. Terms of use
Users undertake to use the site diligently and not for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to others. In particular, they undertake not to enter false data in the contact form, nor third-party data without authorisation, nor content that could damage the systems of the owner or of other users.
The owner reserves the right to withdraw access from anyone breaching these terms, without prior notice.

The texts, photographs, drawings, trade marks, logos and design of this site are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use.

Images of works in which the studio took part are published stating the specific role it played. Where the architectural design is by a third party, this is indicated or can be requested through the contact form.

Information about services and works is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer: the scope of each commission is agreed in writing with each client.
